I am so happy to have found Deb's chair yoga class. Severe arthritis prevents me from doing any floor or mat work, but using a chair makes yoga possible for me, whether it is a position sitting in the chair, or standing and using the chair for balance. Deb always puts together a class that is the right mix of relaxation, stress reduction, and gentle challenge. She is patient, and her instructions are very clear. Always love her accompanying playlist too! I highly recommend her chair yoga class for anyone, but if you have physical challenges, it is particularly rewarding. Thank you, Deb!

Deb has an incredible gift for making people feel at ease and is very helpful and charismatic with her students. I took her Yin Yang Peace class for the first time on Sunday night. Entering, I had high expectations coming from 4 1/2 years of yoga experiences elsewhere. All of these hopes were met, and then some. Kudos!
